Imran Savas is the founder of Tape UK.
After gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of finance, Imran turned his attention, passion, and dedication to helping the community and making a difference.
Tape UK was founded in 2019. The company specialises in Accounting, Marketing, and IT Services across the United Kingdom.
Tape UK aims to help and support entrepreneurs across various sectors and create a foundation and backing to working-class and diverse individuals who are underrepresented in business.
Belonging to an ethnic background, Imran thoroughly believes that diversity and inclusion are essential in business today.
A healthy variety of people from different pockets of society and cultures provides the balance of voices and the range of thought needed.
Tape UK has built its reputation for its innovative support to small businesses and the organisation’s values and beliefs that have been at the forefront of Imran’s vision for an inclusive society. Especially as many businesses still do not reflect the different positive attributes of society in terms of their staff and senior positions. But also, as there are barriers that still halt individuals from owning a business themselves.
This needs to change, and Tape UK believes that with the correct support mechanisms in place, the success of diverse entrepreneurs can have a significant impact on businesses in the short and long term and create a much just society.
Due to his ongoing efforts to positively impact society, Imran has appeared on BBC Radio and invited to universities, schools, and national businesses to discuss effective leadership and the vital importance of community and inclusivity.
His work was recognised when within one year of Tape UK being in operation, Imran was invited to give a TED Talk.
